摘要 本文针对发射台在播音过程中,发射机需要倒换发射天线,靠人工或简单的电动装置实现天线开关的切换,效率低、耗人力、耗时间、且容易误操作等原因;基于PLC数字运算操作电子系统的可编程控制器,以其结构小巧、运行速度快、灵活性强、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、开发周期短等优点,设计了可根据切换指令自动倒换发射天线的系统;系统通过在某发射台的好几个发射机房,多部短波发射机和多付发射天线的天线自动交换控制系统的改造设计与应用,对提高工作效率,减少了人为失误具有显著的优越性和先进性。 In this paper, the process of transmitting stations in the broadcasting transmitter transmitting antenna to be switched, by manual or electric device to achieve a simple antenna switch to switch, low efficiency, the consumption of manpower, time-consuming, and easy to misuse and other reasons; digital computing operation based on PLC electronic system programmable controller, with its compact, fast, flexible, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability, short development cycle, etc., designed to automatically transmit antenna switching system according to the switching instruction; system by a launch pad for several transmitter room, many of the short-wave transmitters and multiple transmit antennas of antenna design and application of automatic switching control system transformation, to improve work efficiency, reduce human error have significant advantages and advanced features.
