新建地方本科院校在生源、师资、办学条件上具有其自身特点,在学生管理方面也是不断探索和完善的过程。本文采用问卷调查的形式,选取湖南省中部典型的一所新建地方本科院校进行学生学习行为特点及学校相应的管理方式进行调查,并在调查的基础上从创新学校管理方式的角度提出一些建议和措施,以期为新建地方本科院校提升学生管理水平和提高人才培养质量提供参考依据。
