摘要
本文主要从肖贻杰得出的高职学生就业能力的五个维度1对当前高职毕业生就业能力的现状进行调查,以及现行高职教育人才培养模式存在的问题进行分析,并对如何改革人才培养模式以提高高职毕业生就业能力做初步探讨。
