高职教育现代学徒制人才培养模式创新研究

Innovation of Higher Vocational Education Modern Apprenticeship Training Model

我们国家许多职业院校虽然已初步建立起了学徒制人才培养模式的教学和管理制度,但还很不完善和规范。目前还没有形成相关实践成果和制度成果,一些制约因素依然存在,相关配套政策也没跟上,一定程度上是"学校热,企业冷",大规模实施可能会造成普遍困局。本文结合校企合作过程中的实践经验,对高职教育现代学徒制人才培养模式进行了探讨与研究。

While many vocational institutions in our country have initially established a teaching and management system of apprenticeship training model, but far from perfect and norms. There is yet no practical results and system-related outcomes,some constraints still exist, related policies did not keep up, a 'school hot, cold business', to a certain extent, large-scale implementation could cause widespread difficulties. In this paper, the process of cooperation between schools and enterprises in practical experience, vocational education modern apprenticeship training model are discussed and studied.
