远程教育环境下学习支持服务工作模式的研究——以国家开放大学北京实验学院为例

Study on Learning Support Service Operating Mode under the Distance Education Environment——Take Beijing Experimental School of The Open University of China as an example

本文以国家开放大学北京实验学院学习支持与学生事务中心的功能和效能为研究内容,提出了以课程学习的学习支持为主、学生事务管理的非学术支持为辅,相辅相成双管齐下的学习支持服务模式;并从学习支持运行、课程教学模式、课程教学改革等角度分析学习支持服务的系统性、差异性和创新性,提出相应对策,以期对远程教育环境下学生学习支持服务工作产生积极的影响。

Taking Beijing Experimental School of Open University of China and effectiveness of learning support and student affairs center for research, presented learning support curriculum-based learning, the non-academic support for student affairs administration, supplemented by a two-pronged complementary mode of learning support services; and from the study support the operation, the teaching mode, teaching reform perspective of learning support services and other systematic, diversity and innovation,propose measures in order to have a positive impact under the distance education learner support services.
