摘要
本文通过跟踪,统计和访谈广西体育高等专科学校运动休闲服务与管理(户外运动与旅游)专业学生的学习和毕业生近几年的就业情况,分析学生自身、企业的需求和用人机制,学校的培养等主观和客观的因素对学生在校学习和就业的影响,为高职院校的休闲旅游专业、旅游(体育方向)和体育旅游专业的人才培养满足学生和企业需求并适应区域经济的发展提供参考意见。
