摘要
本研究运用《大学生学业拖延问卷》和《症状自评量表SCL-90》对178名大学生学业拖延和心理健康的情况进行调查,分析大学生学业拖延的特点及与心理健康的相关关系。结果表明:(1)大学生学业拖延的总体情况处于较高水平,各维度得分从高到低分别是:自主学习、作业完成、复习备考。(2)大学生学业拖延总分、复习备考、自主学习与心理健康水平呈显著负相关。
This study investigated 178 college students' procrastination and mental health with the"questionnaire of college stu-dents' learning procrastination"and the"Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90)". Results showed that:(1) college students' procrastina-tion is in high level. The score from high to low is autonomous learning, reviewing homework and preparing for tests. (2) The cor-relations among procrastination, preparing for tests, autonomous learning and mental health were significantly negative.
