高职教育中校企合作的现状调查与分析

Situation Investigation and Analysis of School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education

我国的高等职业教育普遍开展校企合作,但目前主要是学校比较热情,大多以学校为主体进行校企合作实践,因为制度、管理方面存在缺陷,企业、政府和行业协会的参与度不够。校企合作的实践过程中主要存在理论制度建设不足、校企双方重视程度不够等问题,需要通过完善制度建设、加强校企合作管理、提升企业积极性和发挥政府职能来加以改善。

Our higher vocational education is generally carried out school-enterprise cooperation, but mainly the schools relatively warm, most of the schools as the main practice of school-enterprise cooperation, because the system, flawed man-agement, the participation of business, government and industry associations is not enough. Practice in school-enterprise co-operation mainly theoretical building system deficiencies, schools and enterprises insufficient attention to issues such as the extent of the parties, need to be improved by improving the system, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation management, enhance motivation and government function.
