The Problems and Reflections of Education Practice in Normal College

教育实习是师范院校人才培养的重要组成部分,但却存在着实习时间过短、学生技能差、指导教师责任心不强等问题。文章分析了实习中出现的问题并相应给出解决方案,以期提高教育实习质量。

Education practice is an important part of students training in normal college, but there are several problems such as practice time is too short, skills of students is poor, responsibility of teachers is not strong and so on. Based on the analysis of problems, it gives the corresponding solutions in order to improve the quality of education practice.
