胡锦涛同志在党的十七大报告中就已指出了远程教育的重要性,鼓励全民利用远程教育和继续教育的模式加强学习,树立终身教育的理念。而且我国的《干部教育培训工作条例》和《党校工作条例》对我国干部的教育和培训也提出了信息化的要求,网络远程教育、电化教育也开始成为相关干部培训过程中提高教学质量的重要途径,在相关干部教育培训中的积极作用日渐凸显。本文就在此就分析了传统干部培训的局限性,以及现代远程教育在干部培训模式中的作用,希望能为干部培训模式的创新提供有益的借鉴。
