高职院校辅导员与专业课教师思想政治教育协同配合探析

Cooperation of Vocational College Counselors and Full-time Teachers' Ideological and Political Education

本文通过对高职辅导员与专业课教师思想政治教育协同配合方面的现状进行研究,找出影响辅导员配合的影响因素,从而找到辅导员与专业课老师思想教育协同配合的应采取的策略,改变辅导员以往的单干教育模式,将团队教育融入目标教育之中,使辅导员与专业课教师精诚团结,紧密合作,形成强大的教育合力,以更好地培养出职业教育的优秀人才,同时希望能为高职院校学生管理工作提供一定的借鉴意义。

This paper deals with the cooperation present situation of counselors and full-time teachers about the Ideological and political education of the college students, and finds out influencing factors and takes the strategies in order to change education mode alone by counselors. If counselors and full-time teachers cooperate closely and form a powerful educational force,they will cultivate talents in vocational education. At the same time the paper will provide certain reference significance for higher vocational colleges students management work.
