摘要
应用正交设计法,以240k A预焙铝电解槽为例,研究了槽温、平均电压和摩尔比三个重要技术参数的变化对电流效率的影响。通过三因子三水平九次正交试验,经极差分析可知最佳组合为电解槽温度945℃、平均电压3.91V和摩尔比2.40,试验得到电流效率为96.11%,此技术条件可有效提高电流效率。利用方差分析定量判断槽温、摩尔比对电流效率产生一定影响。
Application of orthogonal design method to 240kA prebaked aluminum reduction cell as an example, the effects of changes in the bath temperature, the average voltage and the molar ratio of the three important technical parameters on current efficiency. Nine by three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment, the analysis shows that the best combination of poor bath temperature 945℃, the average voltage of 3.91V and a molar ratio of 2.40, the test to obtain a current efficiency of 96.11%, this technology can effectively improve the current condition effectiveness. Quantitative analysis of variance jud-gment bath temperature, the molar ratio of a certain impact on the current efficiency.
