论法约尔一般管理原则中的五对范畴关系

摘要 一般管理原则是法约尔管理思想的核心理念,包括劳动分工、权力与责任、纪律等十四项原则。这些原则固然能为理论研究和管理实践提供诸多指导思想,但同时也数量繁多,不免让人无所适从,因此有必要通过分析原则内部矛盾关系,进一步梳理十四项原则,从而更好地理解、把握和运用法约尔的一般管理原则。一般管理原则,就其原则内部矛盾而言,可以分为五对范畴关系:权力与责任、集中与分权、等级链与天桥、个人利益与整体利益、公平与公道。这五对关系,既是法约尔一般管理原则的精华,又是管理实践中迫切需要解决的问题。 General management principles is the core concept of Fayol management ideas, including the fourteen principles of di-vision of labor, power and responsibility, discipline and so on. These principles of course can provide a lot of theoretical research and management practices guiding ideology, but also the vast amount, can not help but know what to do, so it is necessary by anal-yzing the relationship between the principles of internal contradictions, to further sort fourteen principles, in order to better under-stand and grasp and use Fayol general management principles. General management principles, the principles of its internal contra-dictions, it can be divided into five pairs of Category relationships:authority and responsibility, centralization and decentralization, grade chain and bridges, personal interests and the overall interests of fairness and justice. Five of the relationship, the essence of both Fayol general management principles, management practice is an urgent need to solve the problem.
