摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,一次性的学校教育,已不能满足当今社会对知识结构的需求,终身学习是社会发展的必然趋势,终身学习的主要方式为自主学习。医学作为研究人类本身的生命科学,具有复杂性和发展性,决定了自主学习在医学生学习过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。相关资料表明,医学生普遍在自主学习方面做得不尽如意,本文从教育心理学的视角,调查医学生在自主学习方面的现状,并提出建设性的意见,旨在为医学师生寻找一种高效的教与学的方法,提高大学生自主学习能力,促进其自主学习能力的发展,为实现个体终身学习奠定基础。
With the advent of the knowledge economy era, what we study in high education once can not meet the needs of knowledge structures of present society. So Life-long learning is the inevitable, and the main way of life-long learning is of self-study. Medicine, as a science of human itself, is complex and developmental, which determines that self-study for medical stu-dents plays an important role in the learning process. Relevant general data show that medical students are worse in self-study. From the perspective of education psychology, this article investigates current situation of self-study of medical students, and raises constructive Suggestions, to find an efficient method for medical teachers and students and improve self-study ability of college students. The ultimate? aim is to? cultivate self-study ability for individual life-long learning.
