Strengthen the Supervision Construction, Promoting the Healthy Development of Occupation Education

文章从高职院校教学督导工作的现状与问题出发,研究并探讨提高教学督导工作有效性途径,加强对职业学校教学过程的全面监控,为如何构建并完善高职学校的督导机制,提升教学质量内涵提供进一步理论与实践基础。

Based on the current situation and problems of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges, the author make some researches about how to improve the effectiveness of teaching supervision, so as to strengthen the overall monitoring of the occupation school teaching process and enhance connotation of the teaching quality. Thus, further theoretical and practical basis can be provided on establishing more perfect supervision mechanism for higher vocational schools.
