摘要
基于军校本科生导师制的背景,结合军校本科生成长前三个阶段的教带方法研究与实践成果,对军校本科生学习过程的第四个阶段——创新阶段进行重点研究。通过对军校本科生创新阶段的特点进行详细分析,重点针对大四学员在创新阶段遇到的考研、军事体能素质联考、毕业设计、毕业分配等多项工作中遇到的困惑、压力和问题,探索了相应的教带方法。根据一年实践表明,本文的教带方法和具体措施,帮助学员理性面对考研与毕业分配,勇敢面对联考和毕业设计的双重压力,以分时复用原则利用时间,保证联考的顺利通过和本科毕业设计的圆满完成,在各方面取得了长足的进步,达到了导师制实施的目的。
Based on the background of Tutorial System in Undergraduate Military, combined with the research and practical results of military transformation stage, growth stage and mature stage, this paper focuses on the fourth stage of learning process in undergraduate military- the innovation stage. By analyzing the characteristics of undergraduate innovation stage, mainly for senior postgraduate students met in innovation stage, such as Pub Med, military physical quality exam, Graduation Project and graduation assignments, and many other puzzles encountered in the work, pressure and issues, we explored appropriate teaching methods separately. According to the practical results for a year, the researched teaching methods achieve the purpose of the tutorial system implementation. After a year of teaching with practice, it helped students to face the Pub Med and graduation rational allocation and face the dual pressures of exams and graduation design. Furthermore, the military physical quality exam and Graduation Project are both finished very well by using time division multiplexing principle, and the students had made great progress in all aspects.
