Financial Statistics Talents Training Mode under the Background of Big Data

大数据时代的到来,金融数据量的激增,给金融统计带来前所未有的机遇和挑战。金融大数据的复杂性促使金融统计人才要具有更强的数据整理、分析能力和更高的综合素质。高校金融统计专业承担了培养金融统计人才的职责,要能够培养出适应大数据时代需求的人才。本文研究了大数据背景下金融统计专业人才培养模式,提出人才培养模式的几点创新,最后给出总结和展望。

The arrival of the era of big data, financial data volume surge to financial statistics brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The complexity of the financial big data talent to promote a stronger financial statistical data collation,analysis and higher overall quality. Universities assume the responsibilities of professional financial statistics cultivate talent,to be able to adapt to the era of big data cultivate talent needs. This paper studies the statistics of professional training model large data finance background, make a few innovative training model, and finally gives a summary and outlook.
