摘要
有效教学可以通过沟通来实现。高校教学中的沟通存在一些问题,权威式单边化沟通模式,缺乏情感投入和沟通技巧,这样沟通状况下的教学效果也是低效或无效的。高校教师提升教学效果的沟通策略有:掌握表达技巧、平等"对话"、积极倾听、借助多元化信息技术手段。
Effective teaching can be achieved through communication.College of communication, there are some problems in the teaching and authority of radial mode of communication, lack of emotional involvement and communication skills, and teaching effect in situations of such communication is inefficient or ineffective.Communication strategies enhance the teaching effect of college teachers:Mastering presentation skills, equal 'dialogue', active listening, with diversified information technology means.
