摘要
分组教学是目前我国中学语文课堂中所采用的主要教学方式之一,一般教师会按照"组内异质,组间同质"的原则进行分组,这在很大程度上并没有尊重学生主动性的发挥。影响学生主动性发挥的因素很多,学生内在动机的激发才是最重要的。
Group teaching is one of the main ways of teaching in middle school language classroom, teachers in general will follow 'within heterogeneous group, group homogeneity' principle to make group that did not play students' initiative. There are many factors affecting the students' initiative, and inspire students' intrinsic motivation is the most important.
