基于SWOT模型下的大学生创业平台建设——以西安科技大学为例

College Students' Entrepreneurial Platform Construction Based on SWOT Model——Take Xi'an University of Science and Technology as an example

随着毕业生数量的日益增长,就业形势越来越严峻,很大一部分大学生趋向于团队创业;大学生创业不仅缓解了就业压力,并且带动了经济的发展。但我们高校目前给予大学生创业的服务、教育不够完善,造成大学生创业成功率不高。本文以西安科技大学为例,运用SWOT分析法对大学生创业的环境做出全面分析,随后得出大学生创业平台建设的对策,对我们建立高校大学生创业长效机制具有一定的实效性。

With the growing number of graduates, the employment situation is getting serious, a large part of college students tend to be entrepreneurial team;business students not only to ease the employment pressure, and led to the economic develop-ment. But we now give business students of University services, education is not perfect, resulting in students start success rate is not high. In this paper, Xi'an University of Science and Technology, for example, the use of SWOT analysis business students to make a comprehensive analysis of the environment, and then come to college students venture platform strategies, it has cer-tain effectiveness to build on our long-term entrepreneurship mechanism of college students.
