论我国法学高等教育的困局及与司法考试的有效衔接

自实行统一司法考试以来,法学高等教育如何与司法考试有效衔接问题一直为各界尤其是法学教育界所热议。2002年统一司法考试制度之推行,为我国法学教育的改革带来了新的机遇,同时也意味着现行教育模式面临着巨大的挑战。适应国家发展及市场经济需要,应充分认识到法学教育与司法考试进行有效衔接的重要性,实现二者的良性互动,对现有法学教育从培养方案、教学内容及教学方法等多方面进行改革。

Since the unified judicial examination, how higher education of law and judicial examination effective connection problem has been hotly debated by the from all walks of life, especially the law education. In 2002 the implementation of the unified judicial examination system, and has brought new opportunities for the reform of legal education in China, at the same time also means that the mode of education is facing enormous challenges. Meet the needs of the national development and the market economy, should be fully realized that law education and judicial examination of the importance of effective connection, realize the benign interaction, the existing law education from the training scheme, teaching content and teaching method re-form in many aspects.
