元认知策略在学习策略中有着十分重要的地位,自主学习能力的培养有赖于元认知策略的掌握。本文分析了我校英语专业学生自主学习能力的现实情况,通过加强元认知策略的指导和使用提高学生的自主学习能力。

Metacognitive strategy has a very important role in the learning strategies, develop self-learning ability depends master metacognitive strategies. This paper analyzes the specialty of our school English Learner Autonomy realities, to im-prove students' self-learning ability by strengthening the guidance and the use of metacognitive strategies.
