浅谈高校专任教师担任兼职班主任工作

兼职班主任工作是教书育人工作的重要组成部分,近年来,南京医科大学基础医学院坚持开展从专任教师中选派兼职班主任。文章结合学院工作实际,从加强兼职班主任的自身建设、班级建设方面和兼职班主任管理制度建设等方面讨论了兼职班主任工作的重点和具体方法。

College counselors and students communicate effectively can enhance the overall quality of students, improve stu-dents' social skills, and help students expand social circle. Therefore targeted to establish an effective communication mechan-ism, will help to further improve the level of students to communicate effectively, and improve students' political and ideolog-ical and moral. This paper analyzed the factors affecting for college counselors and students communicating effectively and ef-fective strategies.
