摘要
本文针对固体物理教学的现状和问题,充分结合材料物理和电子科学与技术两个专业的特点,在固体物理课程改革方面进行了一些实践和探索。通过对教学内容的优化精选,增加前沿知识和物理学史,强调固体物理学"范式",在教学过程中通过多种教学手段的结合,并鼓励学生参与教师的科研课题,强调互动式和研究性学习等方法,达到有效提高教学质量的目的。
In this paper, in view of the present situation and problems of the solid state physics teaching, and fully combined with major characteristics of material physics and electronic science and technology, some practice and exploration have been carried out in solid state physics curriculum reform. Through the optimized selection of teaching content, increasing the fron-tiers of knowledge and history of physics, emphasizing the"paradigm"of solid state physics, combining a variety of teaching methods in the teaching process, encouraging students to participate in the teachers'research projects, and emphasizing inter-active and research study, and so on. By means of the above measures, teaching quality can be improved.
