Under the condition of different video, the video portrait characteristics of distortion will happen. Combing the dis-tortion characteristic by watching a large number of video data, the author analyze features which can be identified and can be used under the different conditions of videos, outline the reference direction on identifiable features in videos in order to pro-vide the basis for the public security to rapid analyze the video information content which can be used.
