职业教育的目的是培养应用人才和具有一定文化水平和专业知识技能的劳动者,与普通教育和成人教育相比较,职业教育侧重于实践技能和实际工作能力的培养。天津的职业教育起步较早,近年来发展迅速,其多属于行业办学,在办学条件、培养模式、就业等方面有优势也有困扰,在此背景下如何充分利用社会资源,如何定义更为合理的人才培养模式,如何利用新兴的网络平台整合职教资源、协同创新已成为当前亟待研究和解决的问题。
