进一步完善专业艺术院校毕业生就业质量评价体系——基于麦可思公司对音乐院校就业数据分析的思考

我国高校就业率统计中,艺术院校、艺术专业的就业率比较低。研读麦可思公司发布的我国以及湖北省大学生就业报告中的数据发现,艺术院校大学生就业指标中,就业率与其他主要就业指标并不呈正相关,其中涉及的音乐院校、部分音乐类专业的就业数据,甚至呈现出自相矛盾的现象,其原因是人们常常将就业率与就业质量等同,对主要就业指标之间的相关度缺乏深入的分析,对我国文化体制改革之后文艺行业就业形式的变化缺乏了解和考虑等等,因此,建议对艺术院校以及艺术专业毕业生就业质量实行分类评价,进一步完善艺术院校毕业生就业质量评价体系。

According to the employment rate statistics of the colleges and universities, the employment rate of the art colleges and the art majors is lower. Reading the employment statistics report of Hubei and China from the Mycos, the relation between the employment rate and the other main employment indicators is not positive correlation, and the employment data from the statistics of the music colleges and some music majors is paradox. The main reasons are the following, such as some think the employment rate and the quality of the jobs are the same; some don't have in-depth analysis of the employment indicators' relations; some are lack of knowing and considering about the employment ways after the culture system reform and so on. In conclusion, the suggestion is to have a classified assessment of the employment quality of the art colleges and the art majors,and to improve and perfect the system of the employment quality assessment of the art colleges.
