浅析90后大学生干部培养方式

Analysis of the Training Mode of Post-90s' College Students

现在高校学生干部主体为90后大学生,他们存在的主要问题为缺乏团队协作精神、功利色彩浓厚等,考虑当下高校环境和社会环境的急剧变化,在培养大学生干部时应更具有针对性,本文从认识、技能、创新和管理等四方面分析培养方式。

Now the main subjects of college student cadres are post-90s' college students, their main problems are lack of tea-mwork spirit, strong utilitarian color, etc. Taking into account the rapid changes in the environment and social environment of college students, we should be more targeted in the training of college student cadres. This paper analyzes the training methods from four aspects, such as cognition, skills, innovation and management.
