摘要
归属感是人的社会属性中最为重要的属性之一,当今越来越多的大学生不参加班级活动,与同学交流少,逐渐成为"班级边缘人",班级归属感缺失,给学生的身心健康和学业都造成不良影响。本文分析了班级归属感对大学生成长与身心健康的重要作用,从个人、班级建设以及学校等方面,探讨培养大学生班级归属感的途径,旨在让学生更好融入班级,感受集体的温暖,培养健全的人格。
People's sense of belonging is one of the most important social attributes property, today more and more students do not participate in class activities, less communication with students, becoming"marginalized class", the class is missing a sense of belonging to the student's health and studies have caused adverse effects. This paper analyzes the important role of class belonging to students' growth and physical and mental health, individual, class and school construction, etc., to explore ways of college students' belonging class, designed to allow students to better integrate into the class, the collective feelings of warmth, culture sound personality.
