摘要
新入职辅导员是辅导员队伍中特殊的一支。他们在入职后,经历着角色转变、适应新环境等众多挑战。相对于其他时期的辅导员,新入职辅导员更容易产生巨大的心理压力,造成工作效率降低,甚至产生抑郁、焦躁等心理问题。本文通过新入职辅导员压力来源分析,寻找解决这一时期辅导员顺利过渡的途径,帮助辅导员正确面对和解决心理压力,树立良好的工作理念,提高辅导员队伍的稳定性。
New recruits counselor is a special team in counselors. After their entry, experiencing a role change, adapt to the many challenges of the new environment. Relative to other periods counselor, counselor of new recruits more prone to enor-mous psychological pressure, resulting in lower efficiency, and even depression, anxiety and other psychological problems.
