中国实现创新驱动发展有赖于创新型人才,创新型人才的培养有赖于教育的发展。创新型人才的培养不仅成为国家教育领域的重中之重,也成为各地高校的一项重要使命。尽管近年来我国在创新型人才培养方面取得一定成绩,但在教学模式上存在一定问题,教育内容创新进展较缓慢。为此,要转变传统观念,树立新的理念;转变人才培养方式,要在课程设置和考试方式等方面进行改革;加大教育投入,为创新型人才培养提供条件;加大职业技术人才培养,不断加大对专业型和创新型人才的培养。
