随着我国社会经济的发展,社会对人才的需求量越来越大,一些家庭因为贫困而无法实现孩子上大学的愿望,从而影响到他们的未来发展方向。在这样的背景下,本文通过对美国和中国大学生资助政策构成进行介绍,然后对比分析中美大学生资助工作,结合美国大学生资助工作经验,以期找到适合我国的大学生资助策略,构建更加完善的资助体系,减轻他们的家庭经济负担,让更多贫困学生能够接受高等教育,帮助他们完成大学梦想。
