民族团结教育目前已成为大学思想政治教育的重点内容,而民族院校的特殊性更决定了其民族团结教育的重要性与复杂性。本文通过对云南民族大学管理学院近年来将以社会实践为载体加强民族团结教育的实践,阐述将社会实践与民族团结教育相结合的工作模式,并结合目前存在的问题进行了思考,提出未来发展的思路与模式。

The National Unity Education is the most important part of the ideological and political education. Furthermore, the parti-cularity of the ethnic universities and colleges determines the importance and complexity of their national unity education. The article describes the working modes that combine the social practice with the national unity education through the practice of the Yunnan Minzu University. Then, the article proposes the thinking and modes of the work based on the problem existing.
