基于流程管理的人才培养模式探究

Research on the Training Mode of "A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers" Based on BPM

湖北工业大学以导师制为载体,将流程管理思想融入电气工程及其自动化专业"卓越工程师教育培养计划"实施过程中,通过人才培养流程模型设计、分析、实施及评价等环节的执行,保障人才培养的专业适应性与社会认可度,为高校实施"卓越计划"高质量工程技术人才的培养目标提供新的借鉴与参考。

Hubei University of Technology introduces the mechanism of Business Process Management into the implementa-tion of"a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers (PETOE)", in the hope of providing professional guidance to the students and the social recognition based on the execution of the process steps such as process design, analysis and evalu-ation. The strategy can guarantee the personalized training requirements of PETOE, and can also provide reference for univer-sities to develop and implement PETOE programs for the training objective of high quality talent.
