近年来,为了提高和培养学生的个人素质及沟通技巧,为了更好地满足学生就业需求,各大高校普遍开设了礼仪课程,但实际教学效果往往不尽如人意。自情境教学法应用于礼仪教学以来,效果显著。本文从分析礼仪类课程现状入手,结合实际教学经验,针对高校礼仪课程教学情境设计提出改进建议。
