摘要
近年来,为了提高和培养学生的个人素质及沟通技巧,为了更好地满足学生就业需求,各大高校普遍开设了礼仪课程,但实际教学效果往往不尽如人意。自情境教学法应用于礼仪教学以来,效果显著。本文从分析礼仪类课程现状入手,结合实际教学经验,针对高校礼仪课程教学情境设计提出改进建议。
In recent years, in order to improve and develop students' personal qualities and communication skills, in order to better meet the employment needs of students, the major colleges and universities generally offer the etiquette courses, but the actual teaching effect is often unsatisfactory. Since the situational approach applied etiquette teaching since the effect is sig-nificant. From the analysis of the current situation etiquette courses, combined with practical teaching experience, suggest im-provements for universities etiquette curriculum design teaching situations.
