2014年以来教育部提出全国近600所高校要向应用技术型大学转变,其中独立学院283所。文章以河南师范大学新联学院就业状况为例,分析独立学院就业存在的问题,探索转型时期独立就业对策,对独立学院未来发展具有深远意义。

Since 2014, the National Ministry of Education has put forward a transitional proposal-nearly 600 universities and colleges, 283 of which are independent colleges, will be transformed into the technology-applied trend. The article will take XinLian College of Henan Normal University as an example, analyzing the problems of employment during this transitional period, exploring solutions to these problems and the significant influence to independent colleges.
