摘要
城郊结合部伴随着我国城镇化建设的发展而衍生,位于城郊结合地段的中学,由于地理位置特殊,生源成分较为复杂,后进生居多,导致学生的素质水平发展状态不一,这给正处于变化剧烈的青春期教学管理者带来了新的挑战,针对城郊结合部中学生的特殊性,要根据不同层次学生的特点进行全面的分类,并辅助后进生,从特殊教育形式、特色教学模式和特色思想管理方式等方面,培养学生的自我学习能力,提升学生的整体素质。
