摘要 目前,大学教育的重点从培养更多学生和提供更多教育服务转向提高大学服务品质和学生满意度方面,由此本研究以延边大学为中心进行了实证研究。结果发现,大学服务品质对学生满意度有显著影响,但是学生自我参与对教育服务与学生满意度不具有调节作用。说明,延边大学应积极提高学校的学习服务、硬件设施、后勤与行政服务等,从而提高学生满意度,并且多倾听学生意见,构建以学生需求为导向的办学模式。 At present, the emphasis of university education is transferring from bringing up more students and providing more education service to improving quality of education service and degree of students` education satisfaction. Therefore, this paper focused on analyzing the relationship among the quality of education service in university, student participation and degree of education satisfaction with Yanbian University as the research setting. According to the empirical result, quality of education service imposed significant positive influence on student satisfaction, however, student participation do not have moderating effect on the relationship between quality of education service in university and education satisfaction. In addition, the result also showed that student participation significantly improved the quality of education service. The result implicates that Yanbian University should actively improve study service, hardware facilities, administrative service etc to improve student satisfaction; in addition, it should pay attention to suggestions from students as well in order to change supplier oriented university service into students` demand oriented mode to increase competitiveness of university.
