鉴于职业技术院校很多教师不熟悉团队建设的内容和形式,以为一定要有学科级领军人物牵头才能有效开展团队建设工作,本文探索了在普通职业技术院校开展团队建设的内容和形式。

Given many teachers in vocational and technical schools are not familiar with the contents and form of team build-ing, thinking there must be discipline-level leader, led the team in order to effectively carry out the construction work. This pa-per explores the content and form of vocational and technical colleges in the ordinary team building.
