高职院校护理专业学生职业道德教育的思考

职业道德教育是职业技术学校德育的重点,开展职业道德教育是学校实现教育目的的需要,是学生实现就业的需要,也是构建和谐社会的需要。在当今医患关系尤为紧张的情形下,护理专业学生的职业道德教育更为重要。笔者从职业道德教育渗透到课堂教学与行业要求紧密结合,培养学生自我教育能力等方面提出了加强职业道德教育的看法。本文就高等职业院校护理专业学生职业道德教育的重要性、现状及具体实施方案展开论述。

Professional ethics education is the focus of moral education vocational school, vocational school moral educa-tion is needed to achieve the aims of education, employment needs of students, but also to build a harmonious society. In today's doctor-patient relationship is particularly tense situation, nursing students professional ethics education is more im-portant. It permeates from the professional ethics education into classroom teaching closely integrated with industry requi-rements, students self-education capacity and other aspects of strengthening professional ethics education views.
