浅析服务型政府的目标内涵及其实现途径

On the Target Connotation of Service-oriented Government and Approach

服务型政府是一种新型的、与传统有限政府相区别的政府模式。建设服务型政府,需要重新梳理政府与社会的关系,选择合理的切入点,改变政府的角色定位。近年来,服务型政府在理论上和实践上都明确成为我国行政体制改革的重要方向,本文提出了服务型政府的含义及特征,总结了我国建设服务型政府实践中存在的问题,阐述了服务型政府的目标内涵并对其实现途径提出了建议。

Service-oriented government is a new, limited government and traditional government model distinguished. Build-ing service-oriented government, need to sort out the relationship between government and society, choose a reasonable star-ting point, change the Role of Government. In recent years, service-oriented government in theory and practice have clearly become an important direction of administrative reform, this paper presents the meaning and characteristics of service-oriented government, summed up the construction of service-oriented government of the problems in practice, elaborated service goal-oriented government and its connotation ways suggested.
