网络环境下大学新生学习适应性现状分析及教学管理对策研究

College Freshmen Learning Adaptability Situation Analysis and Teaching Management Strategies Research in Network Environment

随着网络技术的不断发展,高校学生工作迎来了新的挑战。本文首先定义了学习适应性的概念,描述了目前大学新生在学习适应性五个维度中存在的问题,提出了提高学习适应性的建议和思考,最后指出了提高大学新生学习适应性的意义。

With the continuous development of network technology, colleges and universities allow students to work ushered in new challenges. This paper defines the concept of adaptive learning, describes the current freshmen learning adaptability in five dimensions, there is a problem, a proposal to improve the learning adaptability and thinking, finally pointed out the sig-nificance of improving the adaptability of freshmen learning.
