特质因素对大学生共情能力的影响及干预策略

摘要 共情是大学生维持积极健康的人际关系必须具备的重要能力。本文从人格特质的角度进行分析,指出自闭特质、述情障碍特质、抑郁特质等是影响共情能力的重要特质性因素。发挥主渠道作用的心理健康教育课堂较难做到干预的全覆盖,应针对不同特质大学生开展有针对性的干预活动。 Empathy is the important capability to maintain an active and healthy relationships Students must have. This pa-per analyzed from the perspective of personality traits, noted that autistic traits, qualities alexithymia, depression and other characteristics that affect the ability of the important qualities of empathy factor. The Key Role of mental health education classroom is difficult to achieve full coverage of interventions should be carried out for different qualities students targeted interventions.
