摘要
当前我国正在全面推进教育阳光服务平台建设,意图通过平台的运作,进一步拉近了与师生的距离,提供快捷的服务。最为一种新事物,在创设校园阳光服务平台的探索与实践中,高校要加强领导与协调,把平台建设成为连接师生员工的"连心桥",要强化制度建设,加强互动与交流,探索一站式服务平台建设思路,要以人为本,一窗式受理、一站式办结,实现系统整体服务的有效转变,加强跟踪落实,要各级联动,着眼实效,把阳光服建设成为便民服务的主导模式。
At present, our country is comprehensively promoting the construction of education sunshine service platform, the intention of the operation of the platform, further narrowing the distance between teachers and students, providing fast service. Is a new thing, in the creation of the exploration and practice of the sunlight service platform in campus, colleges and univer-sities should strengthen leadership and coordination, the platform construction become connected to the staff and students of the"heart bridge", to strengthen the system construction, strengthen interaction and communication, to explore a one-stop ser-vice platform construction ideas, should be people-oriented, one window acceptance, one-stop process, system overall service effective change, strengthen tracking implementation, to all levels of interaction, focus on effectiveness, the sunlight service construction to become the dominant mode of service for the convenience.
