摘要
校长角色的定位是关系到校长在当今不断变化的社会和变革的教育中向何处发展的根本问题。在当前教育环境出现变化的背景下,我们倡导校长专业化,并对其角色提出新的要求。本文从本质、原则、主体、载体、手段与归宿这六个维度解读学校治理,并定位治理者新的角色特征,即整合内部资源、统筹外部资源、拓展使用治理策略这三个方面。最后提出校长走向治理者的关键在于文化生态思维、合作共赢思维、权变思维这三种思维的养成。
The orientation of the principal's role is the fundamental problem of the development of the principal in the educa-tion of the changing society and the change of the school. In the context of the current education environment, we advocate the principals' specialization, and put forward a new requirement for its role. The from the nature, principles, main body, the carrier, the means and the end of the six dimensions of the interpretation of school governance, and positioning management new char-acters, which is the integration of internal resources, overall external resources, expand the use management strategy. At the end of the paper, the headmaster to governance the key lies in the idea of cultural and ecological thinking, cooperation and win-win thinking, thinking of adaptability in tactics develop.
