摘要
如何提高大学生职业生涯规划教育的实效性,是目前高校教育工作者努力探讨的问题,而体验式职业生涯规划教育则是一个新的尝试。本文在阐述体验式职业生涯规划教育模式内涵的基础上,构建了大学生体验式职业生涯规划教育的具体模式,并就如何在实践中运用进行了探讨。
How to improve the effectiveness of the occupation career planning education for college students, is the edu-cational workers in Colleges and universities to discuss, and experience occupation career planning education is a new attempt. Based the connotation of experience mode of occupation career planning education in the construction, the con-crete mode of experiential education of college students occupation career planning, and how to use in practice are di-scussed in this paper.
