文章扼要陈述国内外中职教师重要的培训模式,并就当下国内主流的培训模式提炼出其特点,分析其运行的有效性,更进一步指出其存在的问题,在此基础上得出适宜中职教师专业需要和个性发展的培训模式,以此作为革新旧有培训模式所存缺憾的替代物,具有现实意义。

This article presents a summary of the domestic and foreign teachers in secondary vocational schools are the im-portant training mode, and now the mainstream of the training mode to refine the characteristics, analysis the effectiveness of its operation, further pointed out the existing problems.
