The Implication of TBL Teaching Model in Medical Teaching and its Optimizing Strategy

摘要 TBL教学模式是美国教育学家米凯尔森在PBL教学模式的基础上发展的一种新的教学模式,并以其显著的优越性在国内外的医学教育界得到了广泛的应用。本文首先阐释了TBL教学模式在医学教学中的现状,随后针对教学实践中存在的问题,提出改进措施,以期使得TBL教学模式在医学教学实践中不断完善。 TBL teaching model was proposed by American educator Michaelsen, which is developed on the basis of PBL tea-ching model. Because of its remarkable superiority, TBL teaching model has been widely applied into the medical teaching fi-eld both home and abroad. The paper showcases the current implication of TBL teaching model in medical teaching. Mean-while, in order to solve the problems existing in the teaching practice, the optimizing measures has been put forward, so as to make the TBL teaching model more workable and effective in the teaching practice.
