当前因突发公共事件而引发的网络舆情已成为影响地方政府决策和政府形象的一个重要因素。从社会管理创新的视角,从科学应对网络舆情、有效化解公共危机、优化社会治理环境的角度入手,对地方政府在应对突发事件和网络舆情处置方面存在的主要问题进行分析,提出符合危机处理和网络舆情双重规律的应对策略。
