在经济发展新常态下,创新已经成为经济社会发展的重要驱动力,培养具有创新能力的应用型技术人才是高职教育的重要任务。本文就如何培养和提高高职学生的创新能力进行了深入思考,提出了高职学生创新能力培养和发展的路径。

Under the new normal state, the innovation has became the force of developments of economy and society. The key role of vocational education is to train the application type technical talents who are able to innovate in the living and production. This paper discussed deeply how to improve the innovation abilities of students in vocational education college.
